Newborg is Griet Van Nieuwenborgh, (1978) born in Gent, living in Antwerp. She sings and plays the piano since she was 6 years old. She grew up in an artistic family, both her parents are classical music artists. Although her jazz education, her work, all selfmade , swings in many ways. Her style can be described as poppy, wayward R&B. She's also a band member of Capsule.
